This fourth photo from the 1951 catalog is clearly taken in the industrial area located at the far right end of the layout.  One clearly recognizable feature of the layout that can be seen in this photo is the track circling the area on what appears to be a raised solid concrete wall.  This area is also clearly recognizable in opening shots of the Boys' Railroad Club television show.
